If you are a dealer or exclusive distributor, your must contact us directly to place and confirm your order.
Shipping fees are NOT included and must be added to the product price upon ordering: since shipping fees may vary depending on both the destination country and the preferred shipping method, we need to know both your shipping address and preferred shipping method BEFORE we can confirm order total and payment collection. Our online store easily allows you to provide the required information and complete your purchase.
The standard shipping method we use for all orders confimed on our online store is EMS (Swiss Post International Priority), which is actually the cheapest method we can offer: if you prefer to use a courier or have your shipment collected by your own courier of trust, you are certainly free to do so; in such cases, please kindly send us an email before starting your online order procedure and we will be glad to provide you with a personalized courier shipping quotation. We mainly use FedEx and DHL for courier shipping.
Please do take into account that courier shipments can actually be insured for the full purchase value, while EMS offers limited liability.
